This page contains all of the CodeBreaker cheat codes I have for Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (NTSC-U). Multiplayer maps consist of levels from Snake Eater as well as specially designed stages that are strictly multiplayer-oriented.Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence Codebreaker Codes (NTSC-U) If Kojima Productions' spin on a fairly generic multiplayer format is any indication of how the rest of it will play, MGS fanboys are going to have a field day. While attending Konami's Gamers Day 2006, we got the opportunity to try out Subsistence's Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch. Most importantly, at least to GameSpy, home of multiplayer, are the new online features. However, it will only be available for gamers who pick up the limited edition. Given that it's all cutscenes from a game that ran some people twenty plus hours on Easy, the movie runs a whopping three and a half hours. Existence is a bonus disc that contains a re-edited movie composed of the cinematics from Snake Eater. If gamers buy the Limited Edition version, they will get a bonus disc, referred to by Kojima Productions as Existence. Metal Gear 2 will see its first US release on this disc after years of eager anticipation from American gamers. In addition, Subsistence features the original versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. The game also has cross-connectivity with the upcoming Metal Gear Ac!d 2 -players can view their photos taken in the Snake Eater portion of Subsistence in 3D on their PSPs by utilizing Ac!d 2's new technologies. Monkey game, in which Snake chases around the famed simians from the Ape Escape series, is back with more stages. If gamers are inclined to spend forty-five minutes to an hour painstakingly fighting The End the honest way, they may do that as well. In addition, the new title will include Duel Mode, in which Snake can battle any boss, from The Pain and The Fear to Volgin and The Boss. Responding to some of the complaints regarding Snake Eater's camera system, the game is now included in the new set with an implemented adjustable camera in the vein of other third-person action titles. Subsistence aims to go above and beyond both its source material ( Snake Eater) and Kojima's first MGS revamp, Substance. With Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, Kojima aims to close out his contribution to the current generation of games with a bang. With that in mind, MGS director Hideo Kojima has taken Snake Eater and given it the same "director's cut" approach that he gave Sons of Liberty with Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance. Most importantly to the hearts of gamers, Snake Eater felt like a return to form for the series, eliciting the sort of awe that gamers felt back in 1998 when the first MGS released on PlayStation rather than the disdain that many felt upon finishing Sons of Liberty. It also introduced a colorful cast of villains that far outpaced the ridiculous cadre of enemies in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Wrapping up the events that take place prior to the first Metal Gear on NES, the game gave a dose of humanity to a character that had previously been known as the focal villain of the series. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is considered one of the best PlayStation 2 titles of all time.
